- Research On the Causes of Excessive Competition in China Headquarters Economy: Analysis Based On the Perspective of Platform Economics
Establish the analysis framework of local economic platform based on platform economics theory. Using analytical framework to study the problem of excessive competition in the process of economic development in China headquarters based on the existing research results in platform Economics. Three reasons for the phenomenon of excessive competition: Local decentralization and official performance system, Homogenization of location of local industry, Corporate income tax reform. At the same time, it reveals the inevitability of China headquarters economy into the excessive competition. Finally, based on the perspective of platform economics, some suggestions are put forward to go out of the misunderstanding of excessive competition.

- The Study of the Relationship among Training Development Strategies, Learning Orientations, Organizational Learning Capacities and E-Learning Effectiveness
With the knowledge and technology changing rapidly era, more and more perpetual competitive advantage is created from intangible assets, just as human capital and intellectual capital. For advancing the quality of human resource, the effective execution of training & development programs plays a strategic role. Nowadays, E-Learning is in widespread use, so it is necessary to evaluate its effectiveness, and find the influential factors in order to satisfy company’s training demands. The purpose of this study explored the relationships among training development strategies, learning orientation, organizational learning capacities, and E-Learning effectiveness. Results of the study found that “involvement training development strategy” had more positive effects on E-Learning effectiveness than the others. Second, “shared vision” and “intra-organizational knowledge sharing” in learning orientation were also useful for improving the effectiveness of E-Learning. Finally, “receptivity” in organizational learning capacity was an important influential factor for the reaction, learning, behavior, and result effectiveness.
